Today was a busy but productive day, hence the late entry. Dave and I took a trip downtown for a couple of meetings. The first was to see our buddy Fred, and give the go-ahead on the production of woven tags, which will be used for Fall cut and sew garments. Then we were off on a quick walk a few blocks north, for the last meeting. This one was to oversee and sign-off on the final sample for the DEADRABBIT fitted caps. I'm impressed, things are coming out just as I envisioned. The production process has many steps, but every step is a step closer to perfection, I guarantee it.
The word "DEAD" is a slang intensifier meaning "very". "RABBIT" is a phonetic corruption of the Irish word ráibéad, meaning "man to be feared". Thus, "DEADRABBIT" means a man to be greatly feared.
